Dear Ladies, Dear Gentlemen,
I warmly congratulate the winners of the previous edition of the EXE REQ Program and all participants.
Due to the end of the previous edition on August 13, 2023, I officially open the 4th Edition of the EXE REQ Program with the titles that continue to compete further - at the same time, I would like to warn you that the end date of the edition will be announced one month in advance - not earlier than after the realization of the winning titles in the previous Edition of the Program and the distribution of prizes.
The goal of the EXE REQ Program is to thank donors for their contributions, which cover the costs of maintaining TheCompany.pl website, as well as other expenses incurred by me at my discretion.
The benefit of participating in the EXE REQ Program is a real impact in the form of a game on the order in which titles from the Amiga computer will be developed into EXE files and featured on TheCompany.pl homepage.
In the event of breaking the record of the previous edition of the Program - raising a larger amount - 3 golden cups are also provided - please familiarize yourself with the rules.

RULES:- Official start of the Program: August 16, 2023

- Upon the start of the Program, a ranking list is visible, manually updated after each donation, presenting the competing titles.
- A donation made during the Program gives a guaranteed reward in the form of "vote points", which can be used to vote for titles on the ranking list.
- Adding a new title to the ranking list requires at least 200 vote points to be allocated to it, with the reservation that the title may be rejected without giving any reason.
- The number of vote points is 1:1 in relation to the amount of the received donation, subject to paragraphs 7-8.
- If the donated amount is in a currency other than PLN, it will be converted to PLN and then rounded to full złotys in such a way that amounts below 50 groszy are disregarded, while amounts of 50 groszy and above are rounded up to full złotys.
- Donating via PayPal results in a smaller amount of vote points being awarded due to the imposed margin of ~6% of the donated amount.
- Donations can be made in any form.
- The date of posting the donation, not the date of the transfer's execution, determines whether vote points can be cast in the current edition of the Program.
- If a donation is received after the Program end date (except for the situation described in paragraph 12), the awarded vote points can only be used in the next edition of the Program.
- vote points for the ongoing edition of the Program may be awarded without the need for prior posting of the donation amount to the account -- this is, however, solely at the discretion of the Organizer and is not guaranteed.
- 3 (in words: three) titles that collect the highest number of vote points at the end of the Program edition win.
- Titles that did not take places 1, 2 or 3 will advance to the next edition of the Program along with their vote points.
- An additional award in the form of granting access
to a title will be granted to the person who cast at least 40 vote points for it. - An additional award in the form of a cup will be granted to the person who cast the most vote points for a title that officially took place

at the end of the Program edition, with the reservation that the collected amount must be GREATER than the amounts collected in previous editions of the Program, i.e. "beat the record". - The donor is not obliged to use the awarded vote points.
- The donor has the right to apply for a refund of the donated amount.
- An application for a refund of the donated amount will be considered only if the donor has not received any other rewards for their donation, e.g., access to jointly selected games. As a rule, a donation is a non-refundable performance.
- The rules may be updated during the duration of the Program.
