I'm getting this error when i try to lauch exe's on my other PC. I had no problem in the past but since yesterday it's started playing up.

The PC is running Windows 7 64bit and the exe's i tried where Trolls.n.Oscar & Paperboy.2in1

If this still does not work, maybe install:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... nicows.exe

Sometimes simply downloading the required dll helps: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... ml?unicows
Put it into the System folder inside your Windows folder.
