Today in the morning hours, the website and forum were unavailable for several hours.
The incident was caused by an internal factor (the server caused it), not an external one - third parties did not have any influence on it - your data is safely stored on the server and third parties do not have access to it. The service has been resumed.

Fun fact: In Japan, when a train is delayed, the conductor walks around and apologizes to each passenger for the incident.
