Too many to choose... Shadow of the Beast II, Another World, Rocket Ranger, Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon, It Came From the Desert, Superfrog and probably many more I'm forgetting now.

for me the best intro was tower assault on cd32 / genetic species and wasted dream.
